These are NOT mass-produced items. Therefore, there may be slight imperfections due to the items' originality or minor surface details not visible online. These are guaranteed to be kept to an absolute minimum.

Dimensions listed are for the surface area of the actual work itself. If you have any additional questions concerning a particular piece or size, please contact us.

REFUNDS:

100% customer satisfaction. We do our best to represent each piece as accurately and completely as possible. Here at U*Space, we understand that there are times when an item must simply be returned. For all returns, please notify us BEFORE sending the item back. Please try to be as clear as possible concerning the reason for the return. We will then issue you an identifying "call tag number." We cannot accept ANY returns without this prior authorization code. After receiving and processing the returned item, we will issue a full refund. Refunds generally take one to two weeks (depending on the amount of purchase).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Customers residing outside of the continental United States will be charged an additional shipping & handling fee. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (we will always ship via the most economical carrier). Please contact us with all questions regarding shipping costs.
