Raen-Mendez was born in Boston, Massachusetts and is a award-winning visual artist who holds a Masters Fine Art degree from University of Cincinnati, a Masters of Art Education and a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Ms. Raen-Mendez is an Instructor of Art in the Department of Art and Design at the University of Southern, Indiana. Her work has been exhibitied in over 100 exhibitions.
